Chris Hollomon – While having direct ministry to middle school students, Chris is our lead student pastor giving direction to our student ministry staff, adult volunteer team, and student programming.  On staff since 2004, Chris and his wife, Dawn, parent their loveable puppy Topher and are in the process of adopting from Ethiopia.

David McCaman – David became a Christ-follower as a youth through the student ministry at FBCSmyrna and joined the student ministry staff team in 2006 with his direct ministry to high school students.  David and his wife, Jennifer, bring an energy and determination to see students and their families to know the glory of Jesus in their daily life.

Melanie Hill – Melanie has served our staff in the student ministry since 2004. She is driven by a deep desire to communicate God’s grace and truth in compelling, creative ways. Melanie brings a wealth of talent and experience to our staff as she leads our female students and equips our female leaders to shepherd today’s teenagers. Melanie and her husband Tony enjoy experiencing new things and traveling.

Canaan Chapman – Canaan has been interning with us since 2007, but has been a part of the church since elementary school. Due to the influence of adult volunteers, church staff and a devoted relationship with Christ, he has been pursuing a call to ministry since high school. Canaan is a student at Middle Tennessee State University and is studying Mass Communications.

Scott Mills – Scott has been interning with us since 2007 as well and leads worship for our student ministry programs and events. He moved from Knoxville, TN to attend Middle Tennessee State University and calls himself a very reluctant college student. Scott is passionate about his spiritual journey with Christ, leading worship and building relationships with people. He is also dabbling in the art of song writing these days.
